What have we implemented for our customers:
  • We deep clean and sanitize our stores daily and continuously after any commonly used surfaces are touched.
  • We have changed the layout of our stores to encourage 'safe-distancing' of 6 feet apart.
  • Face Masks are mandatory in all Andrews locations
  • Plexiglass protective barriers have been installed at checkout stations for your safety and will be cleaned daily.
  • We limit the number of people allowed in our stores to help with crowd control
  • Locations have a greeter to monitor the traffic flow and ensure our customers are feeling healthy.
  • Changing rooms are cleaned and sanitized after each use.
  • Garments that have been tried on are 'safe steamed’ or quarantined for 24 hours and returns are put in quarantine for 24 hours before returning to the sales floor.
  •  All extra-stock is kept in original packaging/protective covers or tissue.
  • We have implemented a new 14-day full refund policy on regular AND sale priced items.

  • We have implemented a 'daily check-in' with our staff members to make sure they are feeling safe and healthy, emotionally and physically before starting work.
  • We provide ongoing training to our team on all updates and regulation changes
  • Andrews provides masks for all employees
  • We supply our stores with all disinfecting cleaning solutions they need and provide proper training of usage
  • We have open communication across the organization to allow for positive feedback and encouragement.
