Making an online return or exchange is easy. Just make sure you fill out the return request form below and send your item(s) back to us within 10 days after receiving your order.

Returns will only be accepted if they are unworn and unaltered with all tickets still attached.

    RETURNING YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE

    1. Fill out the Return Request form.
    2. We will schedule a free pick-up time from your address.
    3. You will receive a shipping slip, please print out the slip and attach it onto the package you are returning.
    4. Send the package back within 10 days of receipt to receive your refund.

    You can also return items to any of our three locations, make sure that you bring the paperwork (order confirmation, etc.) and we will send it back to our head office to be processed. Please note we do not have the ability to process your online return instantaneously on location. 

      EXCHANGES

      There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item, but if you are based outside Canada, you will need to pay taxes and duties on this.

      Simply fill out the return request and specify the new size you require. 

      If you selected PayPal when you placed your order, any applicable taxes and duties on your exchange should be paid with your debit or credit card.

      Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it and purchase the new item separately.

      LATE RETURNS

      Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 10 days. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of AndrewsCo and may only be refunded as a store credit.

       IN-STORE PICK UP RETURNS

      Once you pick-up an online order in-stores it follows our in-store return policy. See below for policy.

      IN-STORE RETURN POLICY: Andrews is happy to issue a full refund up to 7 days from date of pick-up on regular price merchandise. A store credit will be issued within 14 days from date of purchase. No refunds or store credit will be issued 14 days after your original purchase. We cannot accept returns on worn or altered garments. Sale items are final sale. See store for details.

      RECEIVING A REFUND

      Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

      If your order has been sent to a destination within the US or Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US and Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through AndrewsCo. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

      Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
