1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Carriers and Delivery Time

We partner with UPS to deliver your order. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Lost or Damaged Packages

Andrews is not responsible for any lost or damaged purchases or shipments. Andrews recommends selecting the "Signature Required" option in checkout as an added security feature for shipments.

4. What to Do if Your Package is Lost or Damaged

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to report the issue and file a claim. 
  • If you need additional assistance, please reach out to our customer service team at info@andrewsco.com. While we are unable to replace or refund lost or damaged packages, we will do our best to guide you through the claims process.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Andrews is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Signature Requirement

We recommend selecting the “Signature Required” option at checkout at no additional charge to ensure that the package is handed directly to you or an authorized recipient.
