SHIPPING METHODS, FEES AND TIMES
Andrews is please to offer the following shipping services within Canada:

- FREE on orders $300 or more (before tax) in 5-7 business days
- $15 on orders under $300 (before tax) in 5-7 business days
Other Provinces
- FREE on orders $300 or more (before tax): 5-10 business days
- $20 on orders under $300 (before tax): 5-10 business days

IN-STORE PICKUP
Should you wish to pickup your order from one of our stores, please select the location at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

*** For your security, please note that we will be unable to release a pickup order without the following:
- Your order confirmation email
- The credit card used to place the order
- Valid picture ID
All orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order prior to shipping or pickup after payment is received.
- Once your order is shipped or ready for pickup, you will receive a confirmation email. Use the tracking number in the email to get updates on your order's status.
Most of our orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS; however, for certain locations, we may use alternative carriers.
Our team works hard to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, so we’re unable to guarantee any cancellations or changes to your order.

You will receive email updates as items in your order ship, along with any changes to the status of your order.
If you selected in-store pickup, you will receive an email once your package is ready for collection.
If you opted for delivery to an address, you will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED
Yes, we offer both signature-required and non-signature-required delivery options for your convenience.
No signature required: With this option, the courier will leave the package at your address without needing anyone to sign for it.
Signature required: We recommend selecting this option at no additional charge to ensure that the package is handed directly to you.
Please note: We are no longer responsible for your package once it is marked as delivered.
If the carrier is unable to deliver your package, it will be sent to a collection point (access point). You will have 7 days to collect your order. If the order is not collected within that time frame, it will be returned to our warehouse, and our customer service team will contact you.
Your package is insured during transit. Once the package is marked as delivered to the specified address, it is no longer insured.
We recommend selecting the “Signature Required" option in checkout as an added security feature for shipments.
Contact the shipping carrier directly to report the issue and file a claim.

Please be aware that as we ship from Canada, U.S. Customs may impose duties, taxes, and fees on your imported products.
- These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
- Duties and taxes may vary depending on the regulations of your state.
Andrews ships exclusively to Canada.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, APO, FPO addresses, or freight forwarding companies.

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
2. Shipping Carriers and Delivery Time
We partner with Canada Post and UPS to deliver most of your orders, however, for certain locations, we may use alternative carriers. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Lost or Damaged Packages
Andrews is not responsible for any lost or damaged purchases or shipments. Andrews recommends selecting the "Signature Required" option in checkout as an added security feature for shipments.
4. What to Do if Your Package is Lost or Damaged
• Contact the shipping carrier directly to report the issue and file a claim.

5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Andrews is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Signature Requirement
We recommend selecting the “Signature Required” option at checkout at no additional charge to ensure that the package is handed directly to you or an authorized recipient.
