When will I receive my refund?

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. If your order has been sent to a destination within Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. If your order has been sent to a destination outside of Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Andrews. 

Does Andrews offer price adjustments?

Andrews offers price adjustments at your request on regular and full priced merchandise within 7 days of date of purchase subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • The item is still available in the same style, colour and size as the original purchase
  • Price adjustments may be requested once per item. A second price adjustment will not be offered if the item in question is reduced again.
  • Price adjustments do not apply to items included in Limited-Time Sales, ‘Take an additional’ savings, Friends & Family, Black Friday / Cyber Monday, Boxing Day promotions.
  • Price adjustments will be credited back to the original method of payment used to purchase the item.

Does Andrews offer price matching?

PRICE MATCHING
Andrews is happy to price match items subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Items requested to be price matched must be available at Andrews as well as the competitor's website in identical size, colour, and style.
  • If requesting a price adjustment in-store, you must provide a functioning link to the item on the competitor's website.
  • We do not offer price matches on items from outlets, flash sales, auctions, or retailers outside of Canada, as well as "marketplace" prices from third-party sellers.
  • We are unable to match order-level discounts, gift card promotions or shipping offers.
  • If you have already made a purchase and cannot return the Item, we offer price matches within 7 days from date of purchase as per our price adjustment policy.

What is the gift return policy?

Andrews is happy to offer an exchange or store credit 14 days from the date of receipt for all gifts. We are unable to refund any gifts. Items must be unworn and unaltered with all original tags and packaging, accompanied with the original or gift receipt.

What is the holiday return policy?

We can offer an exchange or store credit for holiday gifts until Jan 15, 2024. Please note there are no refunds on gifts.
