1. Contest Period. The Contest begins at 11:00 a.m. ET on September 16, 2026 (the “Start Time”) and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence as of the date of entry. Employees, contractors, and agents of AndrewsCo, Patrick Assaraf, and their respective affiliates, and members of their immediate family (parent, sibling, child, spouse) or household, are ineligible.
3. Sponsor. This Contest is sponsored by AndrewsCo, in partnership with Patrick Assaraf (together, the “Sponsor”).
4. How to Enter. During the Contest Period, comment on the official Contest post on Andrews' Instagram account (@andrewsshops) and tag one (1) other person in the comment, for one (1) entry into the Contest. There is no limit on the number of entries an entrant may receive during the Contest Period. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
5. Prize. One (1) prize available: a five-piece Patrick Assaraf Fall Wardrobe Essentials assortment consisting of three (3) Core Pima Cotton pieces, one (1) Extrafine Merino piece, and one (1) shirt (exact styles/sizes at Sponsor's discretion, subject to availability). Approximate retail value: $750 CAD. Prize must be accepted as awarded; no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection. At the close of the Contest Period, one (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The selected entrant will be contacted by Instagram direct message and must respond within 48 hours, and must correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question within the time allotted, as a condition of winning.
7. Release & Liability. By entering, entrants release the Sponsor, Patrick Assaraf, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability related to participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.
8. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs its integrity, subject to applicable law. Sponsor's decisions are final in all matters relating to the Contest.
9. Privacy. Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used solely for Contest administration and prize fulfillment, in accordance with AndrewsCo's Privacy Policy (https://www.andrewsco.com/policies/privacy-policy), unless the entrant separately opts in to marketing communications.
10. Governing Law. This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
11. Instagram/Meta Release. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability in connection with this Contest.
