RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All sale items purchased during Cyber Monday are FINAL SALE. Returns and exchanges are not allowed on these products.
We’re sorry to hear that you need to return an item, should you need to complete a return or exchange, please note the following information:
- To return or exchange your item(s); you have 14 days from date of purchase, or upon receipt of shipment, or receipt of notification that your order is ready for in-store pick up
- To qualify for an exchange or return, items must be in:
- Original, unused, and undamaged condition
- With all tags attached
- With original packaging
- With the original receipt or packing slip
*** Please note bodysuits and intimates are final sale.
*** Please note gift cards are final sale.
*** Please note refunds on purchases using Shop Pay or Klarna will be processed by the respective afterpay provider once items have been received and approved for return at the Andrews warehouse. Refunds do not come directly from Andrews.
REFUNDS
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If your order has been sent to a destination within Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. If your order has been sent to a destination outside of Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Andrews.
GIFT RETURN POLICY
Andrews is happy to offer an exchange or store credit 14 days from the date of receipt for all gifts. We are unable to refund any gifts. Items must be unworn and unaltered with all original tags and packaging, accompanied with the original or gift receipt.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
We can offer an exchange or store credit for holiday gifts until Jan 15, 2024. Please note there are no refunds on gifts.

To request a return please use THIS LINK to log into your customer account and request a return for an order shipped within Canada. For any other return label please email Info@Andrewsco.com with your order information and you should receive a response within 3 business days.

For orders shipped to the USA, please arrange for return shipping with your preferred provider at your expense.
*** Please note that your parcel should indicate that it is a Return of Merchandise for customs clearance.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Andrews offers price adjustments at your request on regular and full priced merchandise within 7 days of date of purchase subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The item is still available in the same style, colour and size as the original purchase
- Price adjustments may be requested once per item. A second price adjustment will not be offered if the item in question is reduced again.
- Price adjustments do not apply to items included in Limited-Time Sales, ‘Take an additional’ savings, Friends & Family, Black Friday / Cyber Monday, Boxing Day promotions.
- Price adjustments will be credited back to the original method of payment used to purchase the item.
*** Items purchased on sale are excluded from price adjustments.
PRICE MATCHING
Andrews is happy to price match items subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Items requested to be price matched must be available at Andrews as well as the competitor's website in identical size, colour, and style.
- If requesting a price adjustment in-store, you must provide a functioning link to the item on the competitor's website.
- We do not offer price matches on items from outlets, flash sales, auctions, or retailers outside of Canada, as well as "marketplace" prices from third-party sellers.
- We are unable to match order-level discounts, gift card promotions or shipping offers.
- If you have already made a purchase and cannot return the Item, we offer price matches within 7 days from date of purchase as per our price adjustment policy.
